Dawn Natalia, our founder, is a filmmaker and GM of TV3 in Medford, a public access TV station. Dawn has a B.S. from Duke University and an M.B.A from the University of RI, and her film training is from The Sundance Institute and the International Film and Television Workshops. Dawn is a multi-award-winning writer and director of features and shorts.
Larry Natalia is a graphic designer, cooking show host and cookbook author. Larry holds an A.S. in Advertising from Colorado Arts Institute, and is the writer of the award-winning short L’Estinzione. Larry currently hosts New England Served Up Italian Style and appeared in Scene:Teen’s feature Extra Credit, and Scene:Teens’ PSA You’re Not Alone.
Skip Press is a Hollywood screenwriter and author of books on screenwriting. His "How to Write What You Want & Sell What You Write," came from the first course he taught at UCLA Extension Writers Program. His three editions of my "Writer's Guide to Hollywood Producers, Directors and Screenwriters' Agents" have become Hollywood how-to bibles for aspiring screenwriters all over the world. His "Complete Idiot’s Guide to Screenwriting" was reviewed as best of its kind by the Writers Guild of Canada. Skip’s "Your Screenwriting Career” course is available in almost 900 schools and he maintains a free writing discussion group on Yahoo! called Skip's Hollywood Hangout.
Alexia Rosoff is a production designer and editor. She is a graduate of Williams College and the New York Film Academy at Harvard, and is planning to pursue her masters in film production at Emerson. Alexia has extensive experience in set and costume design in the theater. She rides and trains horses, and is currently training her young horse in classic dressage.
Grant Maloy Smith is a composer and businessman with a high tech background. He runs Dewetron, an international electronics corporation, and has lent his talents to Scene:Teens' projects. Grant was the composer on both Hope High and Extra Credit, and played a hilarious role in Extra Credit, as the crocodile hunting host of a reality show Jake Laurence. Grant worked closely with the teens of Hope High in his studio, where they composed and recorded original songs for that soundtrack.
